Full features now available on mobile devices

Plus a new tab showing detailed symptom descriptions for search results

First of all, thank you to those who reached out to say thank you!

I do appreciate your support of the newly launched matchyourbatch.org

I also took in some feedback on the tool so far and made the Search button more prominent to make sure the user hits the Search button to see the results.

Beyond the weekly update of VAERS data, I am happy to illustrate the first new feature — the addition of a “ + Show Full Features ” button on mobile devices.

After clicking this full features button, now the ability to also search by vax type, manufacturer, sex, medications, medical history, allergies, and vax date are available.

Everything that can be found using your computer … can be found by phone or tablet!

The second feature is viewing the narrative symptom descriptions for the searched results. These comments are now accessible under the "More” tab by selecting “Detailed Information”.

For example, searching on the “Young Adult” age group for Myocarditis OR Pericarditis OR Tachycardia:

Gives the following wordcloud for Symptoms:

The result table shows the coded MEDRA Symptoms, but not the descriptive symptom comments which often provide more detail.

Now, by selecting “Detailed Information” under “More” this information is shown.

The records can be linked to the Full Report or be filtered with keywords. Additionally, the columns may be sorted by clicking the arrows near the desired column name.

I hope you find this new features useful in helping to understand the connections within the vast amount of data stored in VAERS.
